To live in the hearts and minds of those we leave behind

Let us help get you started

Condolences for

To the Guth family, thinking about you all at this time of sorrow. It sure is hard to understand why there is no cure for ALS yet, but I know Tim fought it with all he had. He is after all 'a Guth'. :) May you always remember the grand times and let Tim's inspiration spill over to others. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Pickle

I enjoyed working with Tim when he was the Assistant County Attorney in Winona. He was a fair minded, effective prosecutor who was a pleasure to work with. I considered him to be a true professional and a valued member of the legal profession. My sincere condolences to his parents and family. May he rest in peace.

Tim was a friend and a damn good one. I was lucky to share time with him. He was always cool-headed, whether on the basketball court, as a lawyer, or while discussing the hot topics of the day. We could talk about any subject and he was knowledgeable and forthright. I played basketball with him. He loved all sports and was himself a top-notch athlete. I got into a little trouble after a Bob Dylan concert here in La Crosse and Tim was my first call. He settled me down, let me know he understood, then went right to work. I had to fight to pay him. He was, not too long ago, a guest speaker at our Bar Association and gave a terrific presentation. I was able to spend several hours with his amazing father Orville not too long ago. I learned where Tim's great character was planted. I will miss him very much. May his memory be eternal.

I so loved working with Tim for many years when I worked for Court Administration in Houston County. He was dignified, kind, courteous, helpful, respectful, always prepared. A great person and attorney. I am so saddened that he had to deal with this dreadful disease which ultimately cost him his life. I am, however, so happy for him that he is now with His Lord and Savior, and is finally free. God's comfort and blessings to all of his loved ones. Rest in Peace Tim, until we see you again one day.
