Condolences for

Donna... I just heard about LeRoy as we are up North fishing. I could not believe it when Ryan from the office told me. LeRoy, I know, loved to fish so I will have Russell catch a big Northern for him :). We are so very, very sorry. Keep the memories close to your heart and give yourself time to heal.

Donna, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dear husband. Hold on to all those wonderful memories you two have and take it one day at a time and know that he is smiling down on you and will remain in your heart forever. He was a blessing in your life and you in his. Take care and be well and know you're always in my prayers.

Leroy was a very close friend, classmate and neighbor growing up in LaCrescent, MN. I had tried for a number of years to connect with Leroy over the years but was unsuccessful. I was stunned and saddened to hear this news. I was Just in LaCrescent over the 4th of July and reflected on the friendship we shared over the years. Leroy, you will be missed my friend!

My sweet Aunt Donna, family, and all that knew Leroy, We thank God we have the best family in the world. We will always be here for you to lean on. Our hearts ache for you and we wish we could take away your pain. We will all miss Leroy, it's a great loss for everyone, and these lines express our true feelings: If tears could build a stairway, And memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven And bring you home again. We all know this is not possible. But, words of condolence can definitely soothe a grieving heart. Our Love, Bill & Barb

I was truly saddened to hear that Elrick was suddenly taken from us. I knew him as an employee and associate who was dedicated to his job, doing it with precision and to completion to the best of his ability. He was never afraid to challenge something if it didn't quite seem right to him. He always asked questions to make sure he completely understood a project and/or task. He took a lot of pride in his job whether their were rewards for his efforts or not as he simply believed in what he was doing. As I got to know him on a personal level, I appreciated and shared his sense of humor with others. There were times we shared life experiences and hardships with each other and used our sense of humor to lift each other up again. He often shared fishing and hunting stories with an enthusiasm that proved he loved doing it and being in the outdoors. I found him to be somewhat quirky at times but respected him for being himself, adhering to his own convictions and his compassion for others. He took a position leading others as a supervisor and I knew he would do well and others would look up to him. I moved on and lost touch with him some 8 years ago but will never forget him. My sincere thoughts and condolences go out to his family and all that was in his life.

Our deepest sympathies Donna: I am so sorry to hear about LeRoy. I know what you are going through and in time I can tell you it does get better. Always hold onto the memories and the good times they will hold you through the dark times that have come. I wish that I could be there to help you through all of this. I know that he and Alan are up there planning a hunting trip or going fishing something they both loved to do. Again our deepest sympathies.

My sincere condolences go out to LeRoy's family. Although I had lost touch with him the past few years, I will always remember his smile and sense of humor. He was the greatest cousin when we were kids growing up together and have many fond memories of that time of our lives. I'm glad I had the chance to see him at my own Dad's visitation in June and give him one last hug.

I was stunned to hear of the passing of my friend and foreman, Elrick Vix. He was a great and caring man. I've had the honor of serving under him for the greater part of my 10 year career at Northern Engraving. He was a patient tutor, and always professional. He would lend a hand when he could, willing and quick to learn. He truly was one of those great and real people it has been my privilege to have known. My heart goes out to his loved ones. It is a staggering loss for me personally. I cannot begin however to imagine your pain. He will be missed by all. Goodbye for now boss.
