Our prayers and thoughts go out to you during this very difficult time. Ron - you had a wonderful father and I encourage you to keep all your memories of him close to your heart. Please know that Karl and I are very sorry for your loss. Love you and thinking of you.

We were so sorry to hear of Elmer's death! One of our favorite memories was from the trip to Jamaica with Surge. Elmer was announcing his somewhat "forced" retirement. We were all sitting together at a table the night of the banquet. Elmer was told there was a seat at a front table for him. He said he was happy where he was. Online condolences seem somewhat odd to us but we hope our sympathy and message is passed to the family. We are sure he will be missed. Jeff and Lori

We will never forget what a great man Elmer was; it was our good fortune to have his help when we set the barn up with "a new modern milking system". We will have many memories of the days he spent installing it and his wonderful sense of humor. We also remember the "old days" bowling at the Curve--the couples league and how much fun we had....Elmer (or as our daughters said :AH mer)will be greatly missed for all he contributed to his family, community, agriculture and organizations. We feel fortunate to have known him so well. Our deepest sympathy to all of you and we will keep you in our prayers. Bob & MJ
