Condolences for

Fred and my father, Bua Fue Lee, worked together around 1985-87. Even though I was still young then (around 10 years old), I remember vividly that Fred was a very kind and generous man to my father and those that he knew. He always treated people with respect and love. A life well lived. Fred will be missed but he lives on in our memories...

My family and I first met Fred and his wife around 83 to 84 when we first moved to LaCrosse. We may have been the first Hmong family that they befriended and then was introduce to some of our extended families. I have so many memories of him and his wife. Us going to church, going to their farm, planting a vegetable garden on their land, him and Ronald Johnson driving my brother and I to summer camp, and them coming out to California to visit us when we moved away. Memories that I will cherish always. May he have eternal happiness. He will be greatly missed!

We have such fond memories of "Grandpa" Fred growing up and we had always considered him like family. He had one of the biggest heart and was always so respectful and considerate to all that he met. He gave his very best to help others and was always so humble. His compassion resonated through the community and will never be forgotten. We will miss your smile and stories. Rest in peace Grandpa Fred. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family now and always. In Love & Friendship. Thomas and May Kao Hang Chao and Wang Neng Lee
