WCMA extends it's deepest sympathy to the family of Shelly Miller. Shelly was a true profession in her position as Village Administrator for Bangor. To acknowledge her passing, WCMA has made a $100 contribution to the International City/County Management Association in Shelly's memory. When I received word that Shelly had passed, it was like a part of me suddenly became empty... I/We will all miss her smile, her laugh and her great personality.
