WCMA extends it's deepest sympathy to the family of Shelly Miller. Shelly was a true profession in her position as Village Administrator for Bangor. To acknowledge her passing, WCMA has made a $100 contribution to the International City/County Management Association in Shelly's memory. WCMA holds the family, friends, and community of Bangor in thought and prayer.
