Samuel J. Nichols, 95, of La Crosse, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 13, 2022, at Jandt-Fredrickson Funeral Homes and Crematory, Woodruff Chapel, 4239 Mormon Coulee Rd., La Crosse. Rev. Emma Blank will officiate. Burial with military honors will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m., until the time of service, Thursday, at the funeral home. A complete obituary will follow.
