You all have my sympathy on the passing of Walt. I knew Walt from Trane Company Plant 1. I worked there in the mid to later 70's. Such a kind and friendly person. He always had a smile.
I also found out later in time that Phyllis and Walt knew my Aunt Joyce Ekern.
