Obituary for Sally Paisley


Sally A. Paisley, 60, of Mindoro, passed away December 19, 2022 in her home.

She was born May 11, 1962, in La Crosse, to Billy and Marion (Hamilton) Paisley.

Sally grew up in Mindoro, attending and graduating from Melrose-Mindoro High School. She was employed for over 35 years at Northern Engraving. During this time, she met her boyfriend, Michael Henry, and they shared many wonderful years together. Sally also did side work, cooking breakfast at local Mindoro bars. She enjoyed working at her jobs and gambling, especially in Laughlin, Nevada and Black River Falls. Sally also loved to bake pies, bars, and various desserts for her family and local friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her boyfriend of 22 years, Michael; niece, Erika (Doug) Ball; nephew, Joshua (Stephanie) Pike; great-nephews, Landon, Logan, and Liam Ball; great-nieces, Sadie and Hadley Pike; brother-in-law, Wayne Pike; aunt, Donna (Mike); uncle, Harley; special friends, Johnny and Rich Petry, her beloved dog, Cash; and many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Rhonda Pike; and brother, Teddy Paisley.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, December 30, 2022, at Mindoro Presbyterian Church. Pastor Allen Hanson will be officiating. Burial will follow in Farmington Cemetery. A visitation will be held 4:00pm to 6:00pm Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Fredrickson Funeral Home, Jostad Chapel, 121 N. Youlon St., West Salem. A visitation will also be held from 10:00 am until the time of service, Friday, at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorials.
