Obituary for Larry J. Losching

He was born September 16, 1949, to Wilbert and Evelyn (Blom) Losching. Larry grew up and worked on the family farm and was a 1967 graduate of West Salem High School. In 1973, he moved to town and worked for La Crosse County on the County Farm for ten years. He then began his 25 year career as a truck driver; first working for Bud Meyers out of Lake City, Minn., and then for West Salem Tomah Transport until his retirement at age 62.

Larry loved polka music, tractors and trucks. He was a member of Christ Ev. Lutheran Church in West Salem.

Survivors include many cousins and friends.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents.

A Christian Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Christ Ev. Lutheran Church in West Salem. Rev. Don Frelitz will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to the service, Monday, at the church.
